It's Gracie's Gear policy for all shipments that if Gracie's Gear ships a product, we pay for shipping. If a customer is shipping a product to us, the customer pays for shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return postage for returns under the Gracie's Guarantee or for other returns or exchanges.
